Levels and exams

Each certification level groups together several themed exams. You must pass every exam in a level before moving on to the next one, then pass all the exams to unlock the level above. If you don't yet have access to a given certification, you can request early access directly from the interface.

The exam format

To start an exam for a given topic, you need at least one life available: each attempt uses one up.

1. You start with 4 lives. Once you're at 0, they regenerate automatically after 30 days, or you can buy them individually or in packs of 4.
2. The exam's questions are shown one at a time, each with a 30-second timer.
3. Depending on the question, either a single answer or several answers are expected: to score points, you must check exactly the correct answers, no more, no less.
4. Leaving the tab during the exam triggers an anti-cheating warning. Abandoning the exam ends it immediately: you lose the life used, and the exam may not be counted as passed.

The passing threshold and the certificate

Your score is the percentage of correct answers out of all the exam's questions. An exam is considered passed from 80% correct answers onward. Below that, you can retry the exam using a new life, and only your best score is kept.

Once every exam in a level is passed with 80% or more, the corresponding certification is earned. You can then download your certificate in PDF format (your name, the level, your score out of 100, and an expiry date set one year after you earned it), share it on social networks, and it becomes publicly verifiable via a dedicated link. Completing a full level unlocks access to the next certification level.

Levels and passed exams

Each certification level groups together several themed exams. An exam is passed as soon as you score 80% or more correct answers; once every exam in a level is passed, the corresponding certification is earned and the next level unlocks. This system only advances through passing exams: there's no content to study beforehand.

Career XP: a separate system

At the same time, your personal account and your organization's "Buyer" account earn XP through your activity on the marketplace: placing an order, saving a listing as a favorite, leaving a review, creating a project, paying by bank transfer, referring a contact, or updating your username. This XP accumulates automatically and raises your level, with no connection to certification exams. There's no maximum level, and each level-up triggers a small celebration animation.

Where to track both types of progress

From your "Career" page, you'll find both systems side by side: a progress bar for your personal level and for your organization's Buyer level, as well as the progress percentage for each certification exam. These are two independent indicators that complement each other, without ever overlapping.

Your certification progress can also help your position in the Top 100 Experts ranking for your country. As in any well-organized jungle, every trail leads somewhere, but it's best to know which one you're on.

How the ranking works

The Top 100 Experts ranking is calculated country by country, for your personal account, based on your progress on the platform (your XP and your career level). If you're not yet among the top 100 in your country, the indicator simply shows "Unranked."

How to check the ranking

1. Go to your "Career" page, accessible from your user area.
2. Find the Top 100 Experts panel for your country and your current position.
3. Click the link provided to view the full ranking online.

How to climb the ranking

Your position depends directly on your XP/career progress: the more active you are on the marketplace (orders, reviews, shared favorites, projects created, payments by bank transfer, referrals…), the more your level and XP increase, and the better your chances of climbing your country's ranking. What about buyers?

The Career page also offers an equivalent panel for a ranking of top buyer accounts ("Top 10 Buyer"). However, this ranking still always shows "Unranked" as of now, regardless of your actual rank: it's not yet fully available on the buyer side, so it's best not to count on it too much for now.

Like any clearing at the top of the canopy, the Top 100 is earned step by step, through your regular activity on the platform.

A verifiable PDF certificate

Once every exam in a level has been passed with a score of 80% or more, your certificate becomes available in PDF format. It shows your name, the level obtained, your score out of 100, and an expiry date set one year after you earned it.

Sharing it on social networks

Once your certification is earned, an option lets you share your certificate directly on social networks. Each certificate also comes with a dedicated public link that lets anyone verify its authenticity online, LinkedIn or any other professional network included.

How to proceed

1. Open the certification you earned from your user area.
2. Download your certificate in PDF format.
3. Use the social sharing option, or copy the public verification link if you'd rather add it yourself to your professional profile.

The exact steps for adding it to a dedicated section of a network like LinkedIn depend on that network's interface at the time you use it: it's best to rely on the native options offered by the platform in question rather than on a fixed procedure described here.

Your certification can also work in your favor in the Top 100 Experts ranking for your country. A nice extra bit of shine on your trophy once you're out of the jungle.
