These are operations that directly affect the history and billing of separate accounts: they cannot be automated without risk of error, which is why they aren't available in self-service.

For these situations, the only route is to contact the SEO Jungle support team via the platform's live chat. Clearly explain your request (sites involved, organizations concerned, reason for the transfer or merger): the team will review your situation case by case and guide you through the possible steps.

Accepting, declining, or negotiating

Faced with a pending order, you can accept it, decline it while stating a reason, or negotiate the price if an adjustment is proposed. This choice remains available as long as the order is awaiting your response or under negotiation. The response deadline is set order by order based on the brief — you can adjust your own default deadline in your publisher settings. If you risk missing it, follow up on the order to request extra time rather than letting it expire: in the event of expiration or rejection, the advertiser is automatically refunded the corresponding amount.

Writing or approving the article

Once the order is accepted, there are two cases. In the standard case, you're the one writing: you submit the article's URL or a file from within the order; the advertiser approves it or requests a change, which can happen several times. For a PUBLI offer, the advertiser provides the article directly: your role is limited to approving it or rejecting it while explaining your requested change.

Publishing and confirming

Once the article is approved (by you or by the advertiser, depending on the case), publish it for real on your site, then go back to the order and click "Add the article link and confirm publication." This link is what triggers monitoring: the platform automatically checks every day that the article stays live, for 30 days. Once that period passes without interruption, the order is marked completed and your payment is triggered — see your publisher payout.

What triggers a validation

When you submit the very first offer of a newly registered site — see listing your sites and creating an offer — that site goes into pending validation. The SEO Jungle team checks the information provided before making it active and visible in the catalog. Validation only happens at this first registration: your later changes to an already-validated offer don't go through this step again.

If your site is rejected

If rejected, a reason is given to you. This reason depends entirely on your site's specific situation: it may concern the information provided, the consistency between your listing and your actual site, or other points specific to your case. Rather than guessing what caused the block, the best approach is to read the stated reason carefully and, if a point seems unclear, contact the support team via the platform's live chat to get exact clarification on your case.

Correcting and resubmitting

Once you understand the reason:

1. Correct the information flagged in your listing (Information, Publishing rules, Pricing depending on the case).
2. Check the consistency between your listing and the actual content of your site.
3. Resubmit your offer, or contact support if you're unsure about the procedure for your specific case.

Starting an ownership claim

From the "My sites" page, a dedicated button opens an ownership request popup offering you two methods to prove that the site belongs to you.

The automatic method, instant

You place a specific text file provided by the platform at the root of your site, so that it's publicly accessible online, then you trigger the verification. The system looks for this file directly online: if it finds it, ownership of the site is transferred immediately to your organization, with no further validation.

The manual method, with validation

If you can't place a file, you instead provide proof: a domain name certificate, or a screenshot from your host showing that the domain is registered under your name. Unlike the automatic method, this request isn't processed instantly: it goes into pending status and must be validated by the SEO Jungle team. As long as a request is pending on a given site, you cannot submit a new one for that same site.

The decision by email

Once the manual request is reviewed, you receive an email with the decision. If accepted, the site is officially attached to your organization and becomes manageable from your publisher space. If rejected, the email tells you why.

What this process doesn't cover

Claiming ownership of a site only concerns that specific site. There is no feature to transfer ownership of an entire organization (with its history, offers, and payments) from one account to another — see transferring a site or merging two accounts for these special cases.

A 5-step form, one site at a time

Registration is always done for a single site, via a five-step form:

1. Information: site URL, media type, targeted countries, languages, main topics (and, if needed, rejected topics and a short description).
2. Your offers: the type of offer you provide and its visibility — see creating an offer.
3. Publishing rules: who writes the content, accepted link type, mandatory sponsored disclosure or not, allowed niches, presence on Google News, live duration, imposed category.
4. Pricing: your detailed price.
5. Your options: your additional services.

Public catalog or private catalog

At the "Your offers" step, you choose your offer's visibility: the public catalog, visible to all registered buyers, or the private catalog, reserved for the top buyers per country and accessible by invitation only.

If the URL entered matches a site already present on the marketplace, two cases arise: if your organization already has a public offer on it (only one is allowed per site), you're invited to edit it from "My offers"; otherwise, the form automatically picks up the existing site so you can add your own offer to it.

After submission

Once your offer is sent, the site goes into pending validation: the SEO Jungle team checks the information before making it active in the catalog, or rejecting it with a reason — see why was my site rejected. From "My sites", you can then track your sites, temporarily deactivate them, reactivate them, or delete them.

The acceptance deadline

This is the time you have to accept or decline an order once it's sent to you by an advertiser. It's set by default to 7 days, but you can adjust it to suit your own processing pace. This deadline then serves as a reference for tracking your orders in progress — see handling a received order.

The publication deadline

This is the time you give yourself to write and publish the link once the order is accepted. It's set by default to 28 days, also adjustable. Both deadlines serve as a benchmark for possible follow-ups if a due date is approaching. A "Save" button confirms each change, with a confirmation message.

What this page doesn't manage

Settings do not cover your billing information, your payout details, or your legal status. These are configured in "My earnings", via the "Complete my profile" flow — see requesting payment of your earnings. That's where you enter your company details, your bank or PayPal account, your supporting documents, and your legal representative's information — an essential step before any payment request.

In short, "Settings" only governs the pace at which you handle your orders; your company identity and payout methods are managed elsewhere, in your earnings profile.

The 4-status journey

Each order goes through four stages after it's published:

1. Pending: the order is published, but payment is only unlocked after 30 days of monitored activity on your site — see handling a received order.
2. To request: once that period has passed, you can request payment, either alone or by grouping several orders on a single invoice. A compliant invoice is mandatory.
3. In progress: your request is validated by the SEO Jungle team and then forwarded to accounting, a process that can take up to 7 days. Payments are made only on the 15th and 30th of each month.
4. Paid: requests already validated and paid.

If a request is rejected (a non-compliant invoice, for example), you're given the reason and can resubmit after correcting it. A built-in messaging feature lets you communicate directly with accounting about a request in progress.

The alternative: enhanced cashback credit

Instead of a bank transfer, you can convert the amount of your finalized orders into cashback credit, with a bonus, instantly and with no invoice required. This choice is final: this credit cannot be withdrawn by bank transfer, it can only be used to fund your own backlink purchases on the platform.

Before you can request a payment

Editing an existing offer

From the "My offers" section of your publisher space, every offer has an "Edit" button. You'll find exactly the same fields as when creating the offer:

2. Your base price and your surcharges (sensitive niches, absence of sponsored disclosure, dofollow, additional 100-word block).
3. Your custom options, which you can add, edit, or remove.

These changes apply to upcoming orders; they do not affect orders already being processed.

Activating, deactivating, or deleting

Still from "My offers", you can:

• deactivate an offer temporarily to stop receiving new orders without losing its configuration;
• reactivate it as soon as you're ready to resume sales;
• delete it permanently, along with the associated site if you no longer wish to offer it at all.

Only one public offer per site

Remember that a given site can only have one public offer at a time: if you want to change your terms, edit it directly rather than creating a new one. You can, however, always add a private offer, in addition, reserved for top buyers by invitation.
