Once an order has reached its end, the last step of its tracking invites you to leave a review of the other party. Here's how this cross-rating system works.

Who rates whom, and on what

As an advertiser, you rate the publisher on writing quality, responsiveness, order compliance and the quality of the exchanges. As a publisher, you rate the advertiser on their responsiveness, the quality of the exchanges and the compliance of the brief provided. Each criterion is rated from 1 to 5 stars, and you can add an optional free-text comment.

An optional step, but a rewarded one

Sending a review isn't mandatory: nothing stops you from moving on without doing it. The step simply stays marked as "in progress" until you submit your review, then switches to "completed" once sent. Leaving a review earns XP, both for you and for your organization.

Review visibility

Reviews left about a publisher are publicly visible on their offer's listing in the marketplace: average rating, star breakdown, and each review's details with avatar, username, date and comment. They help other advertisers make informed choices. Conversely, the rating a publisher gives an advertiser isn't displayed publicly: it's calculated and stored, but stays invisible on a profile.

In short, reviews form a cross-rating system that feeds publishers' public reputation — a small gesture that helps the whole community navigate the media jungle more easily.
