Requesting payment of your earnings
Are your orders completed and does the "To request" status show on your "My earnings" page? Two conditions must be met before you can actually submit your payment request.
Completing your earnings profile
As long as this profile isn't fully filled out, a banner points it out to you and blocks any request. It's completed in 4 steps via the "Complete my profile" button:
- Company: legal name, address, company registration number, VAT number.
- Payout account: IBAN/BIC (or the equivalent for your country: ABA number in the US, sort code in the UK, etc.) or a PayPal account, with the holder's name and address.
- Supporting documents: a recent company registration extract (less than 3 months old) or equivalent official record, company bylaws, shareholder ID.
- Legal representative: identity, address, nationality, date and place of birth.
Providing an invoice
No request is accepted without a compliant invoice detailing the orders concerned. You can group several completed orders on a single invoice to cut down on paperwork, rather than filing one request per order.
Processing your request
Once sent along with your invoice, your request moves to "In progress": it's validated by the SEO Jungle team and then forwarded to accounting, a process that can take up to 7 days. Payouts happen only on the 15th and 30th of each month — see your publisher payout for the full status breakdown. If your invoice is deemed non-compliant, you're given the rejection reason and can resubmit your request after correcting it, or communicate directly with accounting via the built-in messaging feature.
A complete profile from the start saves you a lot of back-and-forth when it's time to collect your earnings.
