Deleting your account and your data

Want to leave the jungle? You can delete your SEO Jungle account directly from your settings. Here's how to do it, and what this decision really involves.

Before deleting your account

Before confirming the deletion, make sure you don't have any order in progress, whether as a buyer or a publisher, and download your invoices if needed. If any affiliate earnings are pending, remember to request their withdrawal before leaving.

How to delete your account

1. Go to the "My Information" section of your settings.
2. Click the "Delete my account" button.
3. Confirm your request: a confirmation is always required before it's finalized.

What deletion involves

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. It results in losing access to your orders, your invoices, and the placements you've listed as a publisher, as well as your history and saved preferences. Once confirmed, there's no going back: make sure you've retrieved everything you need before clicking, as the request can't be canceled afterward.
