Forgotten password: resetting your access

Can't log in because you've forgotten your password? Don't worry: resetting it takes just a few minutes from the login page, with no need for support to step in.

Resetting your password from the login page

1. Go to the SEO Jungle login page.
2. Click the "Forgot password" link.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Open the reset email you receive and click the link inside it.
5. Choose your new password.

This password must meet several requirements, shown live as you type: at least 8 characters, one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one digit, and one special character.

Changing your password once logged in

If you're already logged in and simply want to change your password as a precaution, a dedicated screen in your settings lets you do so:

1. Enter your current password.
2. Enter your new password, then confirm it by typing it a second time.

If the current password entered is incorrect, an error message informs you and the change isn't made. The two entries of the new password must also match.

If you don't receive the reset email

First check your junk or spam folders, then make sure you entered the email address associated with your account. If the problem persists, contact the support team (see our article contacting support): dense jungle or not, you won't stay stuck at the entrance.

Once you've regained access

Take a moment to check that your account information is still up to date, and use the opportunity to review your notification preferences.
